I will give a simple solution that I have given to many people. And it comes from my experience at making Mechanime videos.

If you do not have one, get a video card with SVideo/Composite output, and hook it up to a VCR's video input. Then take a 1/8" DIN Male Stereo to RCA Male Stereo cable and hook it up to the VCR's Audio Input. Then simply play your game and record it on the VCR.

WHen you have what you want, you install a TV Capture Card in your computer (around $35) and copy it into video files. You can then take any video editing program and edit it the way you like it.

This is the most common system used by Mechanime creators. This is almost identicle to what the makers of "Red Vs. Blue" do, and is exactly what the same people do for their newer series, "The Strangerhood".

The biggest advantage of this is that you are not taking up resources that the software capture systems. And because the sound is saved the way it is played, you do not have any sync problems.

Don't use WM codecs. I personally refuse to download any WMV content content after too many incidents with DRM infected files.

For streaming it's ok.
